Please send this to the customer

We can use Team Viewer which allows us to fix the issue for you without you being present.
 

  1. You will need to install TeamViewer: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows.aspx (That is for windows but they also have versions for Mac and Linux).
  2. TeamViewer will then generate a code and password that you will need to send to the email address: nlyle@partek.com. This will allow Nick to fix the problem without you being present.
  3. Disable your screensaver or screen lock password.
  4. Open a terminal with the root user logged on 
  5. Send us the teamviewer log-in (from #2).
