The user’s geographic location and e-mail address are listed on the My preferences page (Figure 1).
Session timeout refers to the number of minutes of inactivity before you are automatically logged out of Partek® Flow®. On the other hand, the Data table decimal precision specifies how many digits are displayed after the decimal point.

The default values can be changed through the Edit user preferences link (Figure 2). When selected, the Email notification options sends the user an e-mail upon either
- completion of a task
- addition to a new project
