Library File Management Page

To access the library file management page click the avatar in the top right corner and choose Settings. Then click Library file management on the left.

The library file management page has two tabs - Genomic library files and Microarray library files. This section of the user guide will focus on the Genomic library files tab, which is relevant for next-generation sequencing analysis (Figure 4).

Image Removed

The gray arrows (Image Removed/Image Removed) expand/collapse each section. Associated library files are shown in a table in each section. The view file (Image Removed) icon in the Actions column of each table displays additional library file details. The red cross (Image Removed) dissociates a library file. The hourglass (Image Removed) icon indicates a library file is being created
