In If a single cell count data node , if it contains clustering analysis resultscontains cell attribute information, e.g output data node from clustering analysis or manually classified groups at cell level, number of cell counts in each classified ., clustering results, classifications, or imported attributes, a counts-type data node containing the number of cells from each attribute group for each sample can be generated , this matrix can also be and used for downstream analysis.
