Partek^® Flow^® contains a number of quality control tools and reports that can be used to evaluate the current status of your analysis, and to decide on downstream steps. Quality control tools are organised under Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) section  section of the toolbox and are available for unaligned and aligned reads data nodes.
