3Input sample file size can also impact memory usage, which is particularly the case for TopHat alignments. For using our Single Cell Toolkit, analysis of multiple samples with over 5000 cells per sample will require at least 64 GB of memory. 

Increasing hardware resources (cores, RAM, disk space, and speed) will allow for faster processing of more samples.
