Section Heading

Section headings should use level 2 heading, while the content of the section should use paragraph (which is the default). You can choose the style in the first dropdown in toolbar.

 One of the main functions of GO enrichment is to find the overrepresentation of functional categories in a gene list.

• From the Gene Expression workflow, select Biological Interpretation followed by Gene SetAnalysis
• Choose the GO Enrichment radio button in the Gene Set Analysis dialog (Figure 1) followed by Next
• Make sure the Gene_List.txt spreadsheet is selected from the dropdown list and click Next

You have the choice to use the Fisher's Exact or Chi-Square test. You can also restrict the analysis to functional groups with more than or fewer than a specified number of genes.
